Born in St. Paul and a native of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, Sherry began her career working in an executive capacity for an assortment of notable organizations in both the public and private sectors. Her experiences range from starting the first Internet company in the state of Minnesota, to running several national and international businesses. Prior to joining WingField Corporation, Sherry was Vice President of Frauenshuh, Inc. working in the Commercial Real Estate Division. She specialized in corporate services, leasing, tenant representation, development, acquisitions, dispositions, and consulting; focusing in the office, medical, industrial, land and retail markets. As one of Frauenshuh’s top producing agents, Sherry was responsible for a portfolio of over 2.5 million square feet in the Twin Cities Metropolitan area, and in addition represented clients locally and nationally with their real estate needs. Sherry’s thorough understanding of the real estate market combined with her hard work, dedication, honesty and the ability to facilitate a successful transaction, has fostered many long term relationships in the business and real estate community. As Executive Vice President of WingField Corporation USA, Sherry brings a wealth of commercial real estate experience and is primarily responsible for the day to day operations of the commercial real estate division, as well as marketing and managing the development of projects nationwide. Sherry studied at the University of Minnesota and Hamline University School of Law. She is a member of the Building Owners and Management Association of Saint Paul, Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc., The Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors, Institute of Real Estate Management, National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, Certified Commercial Investment Member, Rotary Sunrise Saint Paul, the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce and P-13 – Exponential Networking Group. Sherry serves on the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce Economic Development Committee, Saint Paul Office Tenant Recruitment Strategic Planning Committee, Co-Chairs the MNCREW Strategic Planning Over-Site Committee and serves as a Board of Director for the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce.
