A British Citizen of Maltese origin, Francis is well traveled and has worked in several countries. An Architect by profession, he has worked for the past 20 years in the hospitality sector. Prior to joining WingField Corporation, Francis was the Technical Director for MDA Consulting Ltd. where he was responsible for the leisure sector expansion programs in the Middle East, Central/Eastern Europe and Caribbean working with hotel operators including Marriott, Starwood, Intercontinental and Radisson. Previous to this he worked for 10 years in project management for Rocco Forte Hotels. As Director of Technical Services, he was responsible for refurbishment projects in their London and overseas hotels totaling over $600 million in project volume. Francis brings to WingField a thorough knowledge and track record of successfully initiating and managing all design and technical aspects of real estate developments and will ensure efficient and top quality project management for all WingField projects. Francis studied architecture at Thames Polytechnic in the United Kingdom and is a Chartered Architect with the Royal Institute of British Architects. He is fluent in English, Italian and Maltese with Arabic language knowledge.
